y BBN Staff: After two days of interesting exchanges and intense academic activity featuring discussion panels on environmental protection, rural development, migration and tourism, the Fourth Binational Seminar Mexico-Belize concluded on Friday, October 5, 2018, with a visit to the facilities of the Belize Natural Energy (BNE) company in Spanish Lookout, where participants had the opportunity to know its business model and its commitment to education and to protection of the environment.
